Protara Support

There are three ways you can get assistance using Protara. To make getting assistance as easy as possible each of these is available by using the integrated Support Tool directly from within Protara. To run the support tool, download and install Protara, then click the Support Tool icon from the toolbar once Protara has started. With the support tool you can:

  • Browse a knowledge base of articles
  • Request personalized solution support (pay as you go)
  • File a bug and track its progress
